Juyoung is the driving force behind Sinospect's operations, leading the Ningbo office and overseeing all sourcing, purchasing, and client advisory activities from her base in Hong Kong. With deep roots in international trade across Asia, Africa, and Europe, she bridges the gap between Chinese manufacturing capabilities and the needs of industrial clients in Morocco, Kenya, and Côte d'Ivoire.
Juyoung personally manages key procurement projects — from initial supplier identification and technical specification review to production oversight and factory acceptance — ensuring every order meets the exacting standards her clients expect. A hands-on leader, she regularly attends major industry trade shows such as Chinaplas to scout new technologies and build strategic supplier relationships. Houssam Zad
Quality Assurance & Field Commissioning Engineer
Based in Hong Kong
Houssam is Sinospect's on-the-ground technical expert, responsible for quality assurance inspections at manufacturer sites across China and on-site commissioning of industrial equipment in Africa. Holding a Master's degree in Renewable Energy and Energy Systems from the Faculty of Sciences of Casablanca, he brings a strong foundation in mechanical engineering, energy systems, and industrial automation to every project he oversees.
Since joining the team straight out of university, Houssam has developed a rare combination of factory-floor knowledge and field deployment experience — equally at home conducting pre-shipment inspections at a Chinese production facility as he is supervising the installation and commissioning of complex machinery at client sites in Morocco, Kenya, and Côte d'Ivoire. His technical expertise spans photovoltaic systems, industrial machinery, and manufacturing equipment, with hands-on proficiency in numerical analysis, programming, and quality control protocols. Based in Hong Kong, Houssam spends much of his time traveling between Chinese factories and African project sites, serving as the critical link that ensures every piece of equipment Sinospect delivers performs exactly as specified.
