Factory work.Visible decisions.

Factory inspection and production monitoring in China, with the findings, follow-up actions and reports connected. Commission one equipment check or an agreed programme, with Workbench included in the delivery scope.

Start with the equipment, factory location and inspection window. Coverage and personnel are confirmed for the assignment.

Inspection & monitoring

See the issue. Follow the correction. Know who decides.

A visit date is not a technical result. Sinospect follows the agreed inspection or factory acceptance test (FAT) scope and records what was observed, what remains open and what evidence supports the next decision.

Sinospect supplies industrial materials and equipment from qualified Chinese manufacturers. Workbench supports the engagement by connecting the technical file, agreed work, evidence and client review. You commission the service, not a software subscription.

What the engagement produces

More than a visit marked complete.

An agreed inspection scope

Equipment, protocol, witness points, assignment discipline and reporting requirements defined before attendance.

Findings with follow-through

Observations, evidence references, supplier corrections and retest outcomes kept distinct and traceable.

A report for a decision

The reviewed record, open points and recommendation presented for the authority named in your contract.

The team delivers. Workbench keeps the work visible.

Sinospect can supply the package as your contractual counterparty. If you hold the factory contract, a separate appointment defines the procurement or inspection work. In either case, design decisions, deviations and final acceptance stay with you unless specifically delegated.

Sinospect is not an accredited inspection body. Where mandatory accreditation or statutory certification is required, the appropriately authorised party must be appointed. Buyer acceptance and deviation authority remain as agreed in writing.

Start with one package

Start with the next factory decision.

Identify one equipment package or a programme of visits. Sinospect reviews the discipline, protocol, factory location and timing before confirming coverage, proposed personnel and commercial scope.

Scope an inspection package

Enquiry acknowledged within one business day. Initial written assessment, or a request for missing information, within two business days.

Useful starting information

  • Equipment and inspection or test protocol
  • Factory location and proposed date window
  • Required deliverable and approval responsibility

A single inspection, periodic surveillance and a specialist FAT are scoped differently. Remote document review and physical attendance are stated separately in the proposal.

Describe the scope first. Agree a secure transfer route before sending confidential drawings or technical files.

Before you start

Can you work with factories we already selected?

Yes. Under a buyer-direct appointment, you keep the factory contract and payment authority. Sinospect performs the inspection, monitoring and reporting scope specified in the appointment.

Can this cover several factories?

A programme can be scoped across defined packages and visits. Factory locations, disciplines, dates, continuity and backup arrangements are confirmed before appointment. Coverage beyond China is assessed for the particular assignment, not promised by the demonstration.

Does a passing test release the equipment?

Not by itself. Sinospect records results and the relevant recommendation. Your contract defines who can approve deviations, accept the equipment or authorise release. A completed visit is not a substitute for that decision.

Can we review personnel and reporting requirements first?

Yes. Once the equipment and scope are defined, relevant personnel qualifications and reporting requirements can be reviewed, subject to availability and disclosure rights. Workbench does not replace technical qualification.
