Three commercial relationships
Choose who contracts the manufacturer and controls payment.
The same operating capabilities support all three relationships. The contract determines Sinospect’s authority, deliverables and commercial responsibility.
Sinospect supplies the order
Sinospect is the buyer-facing supplier and invoicing counterparty. It qualifies the manufacturer, runs the agreed controls and coordinates the delivery scope stated in the proposal.
The buyer keeps the specification, approved deviations and final acceptance.

The buyer keeps the manufacturer contract and payment authority. Sinospect runs the execution, inspection or documentation scope named in a separate appointment.
Manufacturer remedies remain under the buyer’s direct contract.
