Ten control-point services.
These ten services apply to every order Sinospect supplies. They are also available separately when the buyer purchases direct. Sourcing opens the sequence, with Sinospect supplying the order as principal; each service that follows covers a specific control point: supplier qualification, offer soundness, order execution, factory acceptance, release for shipment, and documentation for installation and operation. Commission one point or the full sequence under a single agreement.
The procurement control sequence
The ten services run in the order a project encounters them. They cover the controls applied to every order Sinospect supplies and can be commissioned separately when the buyer purchases direct. Commission one or two at a time (qualification before award, FAT during build, pre-shipment before release) or the full sequence under a single agreement.
