Sinospect brings together engineers, inspectors, sourcing specialists, finance professionals, and coordinators through two operating offices and project-based field assignments. Hiring follows project volume and specialization needs. Strong applications from candidates whose experience fits the work are always reviewed.
Openings rotate depending on project pipeline. These are the functional areas where Sinospect most often needs to add capacity.
Inspection, FAT witnessing and on-site commissioning support for industrial equipment. Experience with electrical, mechanical or process equipment. Willingness to travel between Chinese factories and project sites where an assignment requires it.
Technical and commercial screening of Chinese manufacturers across plastics, packaging, energy and industrial sectors. Multilingual candidates (English, French, Mandarin) strongly preferred.
Documentation management, inspection scheduling, client communication and coordination between Hong Kong, Ningbo and international project locations.
Cross-border finance, trade documentation, VAT and compliance handling for Sinospect's multi-country project portfolio.
Freight forwarding coordination, customs documentation, export compliance and shipment scheduling for outgoing orders from China.
