Sinospect brings together engineers, inspectors, sourcing specialists, finance professionals and coordinators across three offices. We hire when project volume and specialization require it — and we are always open to strong applications from people who recognise themselves in the work we do.
Openings rotate depending on project pipeline. These are the functional areas where Sinospect most often needs to add capacity.
Inspection, FAT witnessing and on-site commissioning support for industrial equipment. Experience with electrical, mechanical or process equipment. Willingness to travel between Chinese factories and African project sites.
Technical and commercial screening of Chinese manufacturers across plastics, packaging, energy and industrial sectors. Multilingual candidates (English, French, Mandarin) strongly preferred.
Documentation management, inspection scheduling, client communication and cross-office coordination between Hong Kong, Ningbo and project locations in Africa.
Cross-border finance, trade documentation, VAT and compliance handling for Sinospect's multi-country project portfolio.
Freight forwarding coordination, customs documentation, export compliance and shipment scheduling for outgoing orders from China.
