Quality inspector verifying industrial equipment in Chinese factory

Supplied from China · since 2004

Industrial materials and equipment from China.

One accountable supplier.

Sinospect supplies industrial equipment and materials from China — sourced from qualified factories, quality-controlled before the factory's final balance is released, and coordinated through to the agreed delivery point.

Buy through Sinospect, and your supplier is Sinospect — the factory side is ours to manage.

Our standard model is Sinospect as supplier on one invoice. Direct manufacturer invoicing — or support on a purchase you make yourself — is available where the project is better served that way, agreed up front in the supply proposal.

Contract and control options

The standard route is one Sinospect supply contract. Buyer-direct execution and a focused control assignment are also available when the factory contract, payment authority, design authority, deliverables and release decision are agreed before work starts.

One operating model behind every order

The same sequence runs behind every order we supply — from supplier search and technical review to inspection, documentation, shipment, and after-sales follow-up. It runs in full when we supply on one invoice, and stands alone when you buy direct. Select a stage to see what it covers.

On-site with client leadership — Morocco

For over a decade Sinospect has supplied the Richbond Group from China: sourcing and quality-controlling materials and equipment for multiple subsidiaries, with the factory's final balance gated on the agreed QC criteria. The relationship is a published Morocco example of the same China-side supply model available in other destination markets.

Ningbo handles supplier search, qualification, factory follow-up and inspection. Hong Kong coordinates commercial execution and documentation. Regional or site-readiness support is added only where the agreed proposal requires it.

Section 05 · Field notesSelected

Selected field notes

Three published examples show post-installation diagnosis, acceptance-linked payment and shipment-release control. Sinospect applies the same China-side controls across international projects.

Power transformer being positioned by crane at a substation commissioning site
West Africa

A post-installation fault closed out before it became a warranty dispute.

A Chinese power-generation package cleared pre-shipment checks and was installed on site, then developed an operational fault that field reports alone could not diagnose. Sinospect compiled one consolidated technical brief across the OEM, the buyer's field team and a third component supplier, and iterated it in English and French until the fix held against field data.

Outcome

The fault was closed out, and the brief stayed in the buyer's project file for future reference.

Automated packaging production line in Chinese manufacturing facility
North Africa

A packaging line signed off on the buyer's terms, not the supplier's.

A packaging line shipped on time, then hit a technical issue at one stage during installation that remote troubleshooting was not solving. Sinospect held the balance payment, escalated past the sales contact to the supplier's lead engineer, and documented every step in writing, with release tied to documented installation acceptance rather than shipment alone.

Outcome

The escalation produced an on-site adjustment that resolved the issue, and the balance was released only against documented installation acceptance.

Pre-shipment inspection, engineers inspecting industrial equipment in China
China

Inspection findings turned into release conditions, not arguments.

A third-party inspection of cooling equipment bound for a pharmaceutical buyer surfaced non-conformities, including crate strapping too light for a multi-week sea route. Sinospect returned each finding as a release condition rather than a suggestion, and required photographic evidence of every correction before authorising shipment, timed against the letter-of-credit expiry.

Outcome

Every correction was photographed and verified before release; the shipment sailed within the letter-of-credit window and arrived without transit damage.

Client feedback from delivered projects

These published references document factory acceptance testing, supply continuity, tooling development and production-line execution across international projects.

Commissioning a complete industrial power generation system across five separate Chinese factories is not a procurement exercise you can afford to get wrong. When NACLO retained SINOSPECT to oversee factory acceptance testing for our 16 MW power project, we needed rigorous, independent oversight. That is precisely what we received.

Services

Services that control the China side of the order.

Every control point in the operating model can run inside a full supply engagement or standalone when you buy direct. Factory acceptance testing and pre-shipment inspection are the most detailed control points: physical, witnessed and fully documented, they carry the buyer's release decision.
