Supply terms
What the price includes
Payment: a deposit with the order and the balance before shipment, after the inspection report; the split is set on the quotation.
One quotation, one invoice
Sinospect quotes, contracts and invoices as the supplier. The quotation states the engine or product series; the order contract names the maker and its plant, with the sample or drawing the order is built to. Certificate copies are supplied with the order contract, or before the order for a tender file.
Inspection before shipment
Sinospect inspects the order against the specification and the approved sample before it ships and sends the photo report. The maker's final balance is paid after that inspection passes.
FOB a named Chinese port
Prices include export packing and loading at the port stated. Ocean or air freight, insurance, duties and destination clearance are quoted on request or handled by the buyer's forwarder.
Warranty through Sinospect
A warranty issue comes to Sinospect, which investigates against the agreed specification and acceptance evidence and coordinates the remedy with the maker.
Documents and conformity
Commercial invoice, packing list, the maker's declaration and the test reports listed per model ship with the goods. Certificate-of-conformity programmes at the destination are quoted per order.

Questions buyers ask first
Which engine and alternator makes?
The quotation states the engine and alternator makes; the order contract names the maker and its plant. Each set ships with its load-test record and the maker's declaration.
Are the canopy and the transfer switch included?
The sets are offered open frame. The canopy, the automatic transfer switch (ATS) and synchronising are quoted separately, for each order.
How are the sets tested before shipment?
Each set passes a load test at the factory, and the test record is sent before shipment. A test witnessed by a Sinospect engineer can be added to any order. Sinospect then inspects the order and sends the photo report.
What is the lead time?
The lead time is stated on the dated quotation, with the price for your quantities and the delivery point.
Are freight and customs clearance included?
Set prices are FOB Ningbo and power-pack prices FOB Qingdao, export packing and loading at the port included. Sea or air freight, insurance, duties and customs clearance at the destination are quoted on request, or handled by your forwarder.
What are the payment terms?
A deposit with the order, then the balance before shipment, after the inspection report. The split between the two is set on the quotation.
Bare power packs, for assemblers
Engine with electronic governing, fan, radiator rated for 50 °C ambient and exhaust, from 50 to 317 kW prime power (PRP). Each engine ships with the maker's test certificate, and the warranty of 12 months or 1,200 hours is handled through Sinospect. The quotation states the engine series and the lead time; the order contract names the plant.
