Machines quoted at 50 Hz are built for 50 Hz markets; 60 Hz versions and North American listings (UL, ETL, NSF) exist for the five-pan oven and are quoted per order for the others.
Every machine is run at the factory before packing; the test video and the inspection photographs are sent before the balance is paid.

What the price includes
Payment: a deposit with the order and the balance before shipment, after the inspection report; the split is set on the quotation.
Engagement modelsOne quotation, one invoice
Sinospect quotes, contracts and invoices as the supplier. The maker, its plant and the engine or product series are named on the dated quotation, together with the sample or drawing the order is built to.
Inspection before shipment
Sinospect inspects the order against the specification and the approved sample before it ships and sends the photo report. The maker's final balance is paid after that inspection passes.
FOB a named Chinese port
Prices include export packing and loading at the port stated. Ocean or air freight, insurance, duties and destination clearance are quoted on request or handled by the buyer's forwarder.
Warranty through Sinospect
A warranty issue comes to Sinospect, which investigates against the agreed specification and acceptance evidence and coordinates the remedy with the maker.
Documents and conformity
Commercial invoice, packing list, the maker's declaration and the test reports listed per model ship with the goods. Certificate-of-conformity programmes at the destination are quoted per order.

Questions buyers ask first
Which machines run on 60 Hz?
The five-pan oven is built for 208 V or 240 V 60 Hz and carries ETL listings. The sheeter, ten-tray oven, retarder-proofer and mixer are quoted at 50 Hz; 60 Hz versions are confirmed per order.
Can tray sizes be changed?
The ten-tray oven and the retarder-proofer are built for 460 × 660 mm trays to order; 400 × 600 mm is the makers' standard.
Is installation included?
No. Freight, duty, installation and local service are quoted separately or handled by the buyer's own trades.
