Chairs ship with the maker's declaration of conformity. ISO 7176 test reports are commissioned per order where a tender or registration requires them.
Import conformity programmes at the destination are quoted per order.

What the price includes
Payment: a deposit with the order and the balance before shipment, after the inspection report; the split is set on the quotation.
Engagement modelsOne quotation, one invoice
Sinospect quotes, contracts and invoices as the supplier. The maker, its plant and the engine or product series are named on the dated quotation, together with the sample or drawing the order is built to.
Inspection before shipment
Sinospect inspects the order against the specification and the approved sample before it ships and sends the photo report. The maker's final balance is paid after that inspection passes.
FOB a named Chinese port
Prices include export packing and loading at the port stated. Ocean or air freight, insurance, duties and destination clearance are quoted on request or handled by the buyer's forwarder.
Warranty through Sinospect
A warranty issue comes to Sinospect, which investigates against the agreed specification and acceptance evidence and coordinates the remedy with the maker.
Documents and conformity
Commercial invoice, packing list, the maker's declaration and the test reports listed per model ship with the goods. Certificate-of-conformity programmes at the destination are quoted per order.

Questions buyers ask first
Is a sample available before the order?
Yes. A sample chair is quoted at the unit price plus courier, and the sample stays the reference for the inspection of the order.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum is per model, from 10 chairs for W02 to 100 for W01. Models can be combined in one shipment.
Can seat widths be changed?
Yes. The 46 cm seat is standard; 51 cm and, for the bariatric chair, 61 cm are made to order at a quoted extra.
