Each lot is inspected before shipment against the sample approved with the quotation: construction, dimensions, packaging markings and lot labels, with photographs in the report.
Supply terms
What the price includes
Payment: a deposit with the order and the balance before shipment, after the inspection report; the split is set on the quotation.
Engagement modelsOne quotation, one invoice
Sinospect quotes, contracts and invoices as the supplier. The maker, its plant and the engine or product series are named on the dated quotation, together with the sample or drawing the order is built to.
Inspection before shipment
Sinospect inspects the order against the specification and the approved sample before it ships and sends the photo report. The maker's final balance is paid after that inspection passes.
FOB a named Chinese port
Prices include export packing and loading at the port stated. Ocean or air freight, insurance, duties and destination clearance are quoted on request or handled by the buyer's forwarder.
Warranty through Sinospect
A warranty issue comes to Sinospect, which investigates against the agreed specification and acceptance evidence and coordinates the remedy with the maker.
Documents and conformity
Commercial invoice, packing list, the maker's declaration and the test reports listed per model ship with the goods. Certificate-of-conformity programmes at the destination are quoted per order.

Can one shipment combine items?
Yes. Items are consolidated in Shanghai; each keeps its own minimum quantity.
Which certificates ship with the goods?
The maker's declaration and the certificates named per item. Where a certificate has lapsed, the item is not shipped until a current one is on file.
Are tender documents supported?
Yes. Specification sheets, certificate copies and samples are supplied for the tender file before the order.
