Each bed ships with the maker's declaration of conformity and the test reports listed for its model. A model without a third-party report is marked as such; a report can be commissioned before shipment and is quoted per order.
Registration with the destination's medical device authority and import conformity programmes (SONCAP, PVoC, SABER and similar) are quoted per order.

The electric configuration
Electric three-function bed as quoted for H02-A: 115 V or 230 V supply, 90 × 195 cm deck, mattress and IV pole included.
Supply terms
What the price includes
Payment: a deposit with the order and the balance before shipment, after the inspection report; the split is set on the quotation.
Engagement modelsOne quotation, one invoice
Sinospect quotes, contracts and invoices as the supplier. The maker, its plant and the engine or product series are named on the dated quotation, together with the sample or drawing the order is built to.
Inspection before shipment
Sinospect inspects the order against the specification and the approved sample before it ships and sends the photo report. The maker's final balance is paid after that inspection passes.
FOB a named Chinese port
Prices include export packing and loading at the port stated. Ocean or air freight, insurance, duties and destination clearance are quoted on request or handled by the buyer's forwarder.
Warranty through Sinospect
A warranty issue comes to Sinospect, which investigates against the agreed specification and acceptance evidence and coordinates the remedy with the maker.
Documents and conformity
Commercial invoice, packing list, the maker's declaration and the test reports listed per model ship with the goods. Certificate-of-conformity programmes at the destination are quoted per order.

Questions buyers ask first
Can an order mix models?
Yes. Each model carries its own minimum quantity; an order below a model's minimum is quoted at that model's small-lot price.
Can the beds carry our brand?
Private labels, colours and packaging markings are quoted per order with the maker's minimum for the change.
How is a bed inspected before shipment?
Sinospect checks the order against the specification and the sample approved with the quotation, with photographs of articulation, rails, casters, labels and packing, and sends the report before the balance is paid.
Which test reports exist?
H02-L has an IEC 60601-2-52 report from a third-party laboratory. The other models carry the maker's declarations; a laboratory report for any of them is quoted per order.
